1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the jili38 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any jili38 application — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with jili38's Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form the complete agreement between you and jili38.

jili38 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on jili38. Opening or operating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of any active bonuses. jili38 uses automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your valid Philippine government-issued ID, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a Philippine mobile number. jili38 will use this information to verify your identity and contact you regarding your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili38 login credentials — your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you and is your responsibility, unless you have notified jili38 of unauthorized access without undue delay.

All jili38 player accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). Deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and game wagers are all processed in PHP. jili38 does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion service is offered through the Platform.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming requirements, jili38 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request, and may conduct verification at any earlier stage at jili38's discretion.

Documents requested may include a screenshot of the registered e-wallet account screen showing the account name and number, or a bank account certificate.

jili38 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct additional due diligence if unusual transaction patterns are detected on an account. Players will be notified of any pending verification requirements via their registered email address or through the in-platform notification system.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

jili38 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are displayed on the cashier screen at the time of deposit. Deposit methods may vary from time to time and are subject to change without prior notice.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your jili38 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to 1–3 hours to reflect in your account balance, depending on the bank's processing schedule. jili38 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

• Withdrawals will only be processed after successful KYC identity verification;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the jili38 account holder;
• jili38 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances;
• Active bonus funds and the wagering-locked portion of a deposit are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been met;
• jili38 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 business hours during Philippine banking hours.

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. jili38 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts where permitted under applicable regulations. Dormant account holders will be notified before any fee is applied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jili38 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each individual offer. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

7. Gameplay & Fair Use

The outcomes of all RNG-based games are random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player or external party.

11. Limitation of Liability

In all cases where jili38's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, jili38's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of the player's account balance at the time the claim arises, or the total amount deposited by the player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim, whichever is lesser.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

jili38 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jili38 reasonably determines that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• The player's account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or money laundering activity;
• The player's account has been accessed or used by a person under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jili38;
• The player has requested self-exclusion or is identified on a self-exclusion list.

Upon account closure for a violation of these Terms, jili38 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance where the account activity was fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
